The Human Rights Campaign’s Back to Work project provides essential skills to transgender job seekers so they can successfully navigate the job search process and get back to work! This two-day seminar is free of cost and open to any unemployed or underemployed person who identify as transgender.

Seminar participants will receive training in:

  • Discovering and refining your career focus
  • Preparing a professional résumé that stands out above the rest
  • Researching the job market and finding the opportunities others miss
  • Building a professional network and launching a referral campaign
  • Putting your best foot forward in a job interview
  • Negotiating the best possible salary and benefits package

The first 30 job seekers who register for each seminar will receive, free of cost, a suite of individualized post-seminar services from the career coaching professionals at the Foundation for New Directions, a transgender-owned business and the only national firm offering professional job search assistance specifically to transgender individuals.

Lunch will be provided both days and transportation assistance is available – contact MTPC at info@masstpc.org.

You must register to attend the Back to Work seminar.
